Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VectorOS (“VectorOS,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using VectorOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 16) and able to form a binding contract to use VectorOS. If you use VectorOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Electronic acceptance. You agree that clicking to accept, creating an account, or using the service constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to these Terms and the documents referenced in them.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login. Notify us promptly at vectoros.app@gmail.com of any unauthorized use. You own your account; you may not sell or transfer it without our consent.

The service

VectorOS is a productivity application that helps you organize opportunities, commitments, people, projects, goals, and meetings, and surfaces what deserves your attention next. It combines deterministic features with optional AI-assisted features.

Beta and experimental features

We may offer features labelled beta, preview, or experimental. These are provided as is, may change or be removed, may be less reliable, and are excluded from any service commitments. Your use of them is at your discretion.

Availability, maintenance, and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify, add, or discontinue features over time. Where a change is material and adverse, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

Subscriptions and billing

VectorOS may be offered under different plans (for example free, and paid plans such as Pro, Business, or Enterprise), with features and prices described at signup or in the app. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled.

Current offering. The current paid subscription is $30 USD per month, billed monthly, and new subscriptions may begin with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial.

Trial conversion. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to paid and your payment method is charged, and charged each period thereafter, until cancelled.

Renewals and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from within the app; your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period and then does not renew.

Plan changes. If you upgrade, the change and any applicable charge take effect as described at checkout. If you downgrade, the change generally takes effect at the next renewal, and some features may become unavailable.

Pricing changes. We may change prices and plan features. Changes to recurring prices apply to future billing periods, and we will provide notice as required by applicable law before they take effect.

Promotions and trials. Promotional pricing, trials, and discounts are offered at our discretion, may have additional terms, and may be modified or withdrawn.

Taxes and currency. Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which may be added where required.

Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time. We may, at our discretion, grant a refund in individual cases.

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or downgrade paid features until payment succeeds. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account, and you remain responsible for amounts properly owed.

AI features and your responsibility

VectorOS includes AI-assisted features — such as summaries, recommendations, planning, scheduling, imports, document understanding, and generated content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI can make mistakes, and outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not optimal.
  • AI does not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, tax, or otherwise) and is not a substitute for it.
  • You must review AI outputs before relying on or acting on them.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, correctness, or suitability of any AI output, recommendation, interpretation, or imported information.
  • You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.

Imports and connected accounts

Import and connector features (for example documents, calendars, contacts, email, tasks, and integrations with third-party services) may misread, duplicate, miss, or misclassify information — including through OCR and document interpretation. VectorOS is designed so you review imported information before it is saved. You are responsible for confirming what you keep and for having the rights to import and connect the data and accounts you use.

Acceptable use

You must use VectorOS lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Among other things, do not misuse, disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law, and do not use it to store or transmit unlawful or infringing content.

Your content and licence to us

You retain ownership of the content you create or bring into VectorOS. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, synchronize, and analyze your content, and to generate AI responses from it, solely to operate and provide the service to you and as you direct. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content retained as described in our Privacy Policy or required by law. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to submit it.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

Our intellectual property

VectorOS — including its software, design, user interface, documentation, website, marketing assets, AI systems, and the VectorOS name, logos, and trademarks — is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

VectorOS relies on third-party providers (including Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe) to operate, and may connect to services you choose. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure, and where practical we will provide notice. You may stop using VectorOS and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers of warranties

VectorOS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $50.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, network or infrastructure failures, natural events, or government actions.

General terms

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and your continued use of VectorOS constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
